How to use
- Apply the heat cream: Start with a small amount on your chosen area and massage in circular motions until absorbed. Wait 1–3 minutes for the warming sensation. The heat can intensify with movement, so assess your tolerance before using more.
- Apply the wrap: Wrap snugly over the treated area without restricting circulation. Wear during a workout or light activity for 45–90 minutes. Do not exceed 2–3 hours.
- Remove and cleanse: Remove the wrap, shower, and wash the treated skin with soap and water. Let the wrap air-dry fully before storage.
- Finish with cooling gel: Once skin is clean and dry, apply a moderate amount to the same area and massage until absorbed.
